    Tiny Choker

    My neck is about 14" and this choker doesn't fit at all, even on the last chain setting. It seems like it would be cool if I could wear it.

    The choker band is soft velvet and even though the choker is big, it doesnt look overloaded or too much. You can adjust the size in the back and it doesnt feel heavy or suffocating- Very intricate designs, upgrades the entire outfit!
