Had this mug for 2 weeks, used MAYBE 3 times, washed as per care instructions on the box.. despite this, the handle separated from the mug at the top, rendering it dangerous and thus useless. KS has a replacement on the way to me, but come on. So unacceptable considering the regular price they charge for this.

This is a wonderful large mug from the Kitsu collection. The only issue I have is that the square opening makes it a little hard to drink out of without a straw. It's really well made with a great handle and unique look. I absolutely love it. It's a good heavy weight without being too heavy. The whole collection would look awesome together.
