For tall people

"Very cool looking. High quality fabric. The shoulder straps are odd though. I have fat arms and these are still way too big plus one of them has half of a snap. There are no other snaps on the dress. . . ? I love this enough I will get it altered but it's definitely for 5'8" and up. I am 5'2. 5" and won't wear this out before alterations"
