Terms & Conditions
1. Promoter. The promoter of this promotion is KILLSTAR [Draco Distribution Ltd] (โKILLSTARโ, โweโ, โusโ or โourโ).
2. Promotion. The โWin Motionless In White x KILLSTAR Collectionโ promotion (โPromotionโ) is a free prize draw. One (1) winner will be selected at random globally across all eligible territories (US, UK, EU).
3. Eligibility. The Promotion is open to legal residents aged 18 or over in the eligible territories listed below, excluding employees of KILLSTAR, Motionless In White, its group companies, their immediate families, and anyone professionally connected with the Promotion.
All other territories are excluded. The Promotion is void where prohibited or restricted by local law. KILLSTAR reserves the right to verify the eligibility of any entrant.
4. Entry Period. The Promotion opens at 12:01 AM BST on 14 October 2026 and closes at 11:59 PM BST on 20 October 2026 (โEntry Periodโ). Entries received after the closing date will not be valid.
5. How to Enter. No purchase is necessary to enter.
United States: To enter, participants must submit a valid email address via official KILLSTAR sign-up forms, pop-ups, or landing pages during the Entry Period and confirm their subscription to KILLSTAR emails by clicking the link in the confirmation email. Entries are only valid once the subscription has been confirmed.
United Kingdom and European Union: To enter, participants must submit a valid email address via official KILLSTAR sign-up forms, pop-ups, or landing pages during the Entry Period. Subscribing to KILLSTAR emails is not required to enter.
Strictly limited to one (1) entry per person. Registering multiple accounts or email addresses to gain extra entries is prohibited.
6. Marketing Communications. United States: Entry requires subscribing to KILLSTAR marketing emails. Entrants may unsubscribe at any time, and doing so will not affect their eligibility to win.
United Kingdom and European Union: Entering the Promotion does not automatically subscribe an entrant to receive KILLSTAR marketing communications. Entrants may separately choose to opt into marketing updates. Choosing not to subscribe, or subsequently unsubscribing, will not affect an entrantโs eligibility to participate or win.
Personal data will be processed strictly in accordance with KILLSTARโs Privacy Policy.
7. Prize. There will be one (1) global winner chosen across all eligible markets (US, UK, EU). The prize consists of one (1) complete KILLSTAR x Motionless In White collection (1x full collection / 33 SKUs total) in the winner's requested sizes, subject to stock reservation and availability.
Prize Restrictions: The prize is non-transferable, non-refundable, and cannot be exchanged for cash.
8. Winner Selection. One (1) winner will be selected at random globally from all valid entries received during the Entry Period. The random selection will be conducted following the close of the Promotion Period.
9. Winner Notification. The winner will be contacted by the KILLSTAR Customer Experience (CX) team via the registered email address or phone number associated with their entry on or before 23 October 2026. Following initial contact and size verification, the CX team will issue and fulfill the prize. KILLSTAR reserves the right to verify winner identity and eligibility. If the selected winner cannot be contacted, is found to be ineligible, or fails to acknowledge the CX team's communication within 72 hours of notification, KILLSTAR reserves the right to forfeit the prize and select an alternate winner.
10. Privacy. Personal information collected in connection with the Promotion will be processed in accordance with KILLSTARโs Privacy Policy. Information required to administer the Promotion may be processed for managing entries, selecting and contacting winners, verifying eligibility, and fulfilling prizes.
11. Disqualification. KILLSTAR reserves the right to disqualify any entrant where it reasonably believes that the entrant has breached these Terms & Conditions, attempted to manipulate the Promotion, used automated means to enter, or submitted fraudulent information.
12. Changes to the Promotion. KILLSTAR reserves the right to modify or cancel the Promotion or these Terms & Conditions where reasonably necessary due to circumstances outside its control or where required by law.
13. Social Media & Platform Disclaimer. This Promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Motionless In White, Apple Inc., Google LLC, Meta (Instagram/Facebook), or TikTok. By participating, entrants release all mentioned platforms from any liability related to the Promotion.
14. Applicable Law. These Terms & Conditions are subject to the mandatory laws and consumer protections applicable in the entrantโs country or territory of residence.
