"(Apologies for having two different shoes on in the pics lol) These wedges make my feet feel SUPER comfy! I wear a 9. 5W so I sized up and they fit great. I love the stylish look of them and that they can go with so many different outfits whether dressy or casual! They've quickly become one of my favorite pairs of heels."

I contacted customer service and they have been able to resolve the problem very quickly. "The fit is perfect to my feet, not to wide. Sometimes the heels are a little bit ungracefull to walk on, after getting used to them it walked better. Quality of the fabric is very high."
"I bought these because I have a severe lack of sandals in my collections, and these seemed like they could go with a lot of outfits. The top is a nice, velvety suede. The platform heel has a dense corkboard feel that seems sturdier and longer lasting than the foam usually used in several other shoes I own. No traction grip on the bottom, be warned. The gold studs are a bit darker in person than the pictures, and there does seem to be an orientation to them. Which means I can't stop noticing how all the 'cats eye' effects are all misaligned from one another. I wear 8/8. 5 in shoes so I bought an 8 and they fit great. You might be able to size down a half size, since there's still wiggle room. Not enough to be a problem, but enough that I pulled the strap to it's tightest hole and can still slip the strap on without unbuckling it. There's an inch left above my toes, and a half inch behind my heel still. Seems accommodating for wide feet. Overall I'm happy with them. Walking is more comfortable than my other platforms/heels. My biggest wish is that there was a version with silver studs instead, as I don't wear much gold."
