The Hour Of Echelia Mini Dress takes stretch velvet and gives it a deep V-neck trimmed with lace, short loose-fitting sleeves, and a fitted bodice that opens into a flowing skater skirt. It moves easily, sits close where it needs to, and lets the fabric do the talking.
