"Perfect, I bought dice 3XL because I wanted ho put a hoodie under. It fits right on the shoulder, good on the chest, but it's a bit longer then I thought. It's warm ideal for like 0 degrees, not for mountain of course. Buttons are really cute, it looks cute on you and the fabric is thick."
Amazing coat
"Beautiful coat! The fabric is not super thick but very comfortable and warm. The pockets are not very big but my phone fits inside. All the details are very nice and the quality is really good! I sized up because I usually wear an M/L in clothes but I wanted it to be big enough for a sweater underneath, so I ordered an XL and that was the right choice! L would've been too small."
Faulty coat and ignoring support
"Vertical decorative seams almost meet together at the bottom. Doesn’t look like product’s photos on the website. I think it’s because of the buttons being sewn differently, one is closer to the edge of the coat and other is further away from it. On product’s photos all the buttons are aligned perfectly. Backside looks crooked because of that too, obviously. It’s impossible to wear. I wrote to their support about this issue and they just haven’t answer. Sent them two follow up e-mails already — still no result, not even a short acknowledgement message asking to wait a little more. I’m very disappointed with Killstar."

"Absolutely in love with this coat. It’s actually pretty warm too. Had to size up because up because the top buttons didn’t close but even with the bigger size it still shows the waist."
Great jacket, poor quality
"I love the fitting and the material is great. I do recommend sizing up a bit if you want to wear warm clothes. But the buttons are really bad attached to the jacket. Already 3 came loose (two at the bottom and one on the sleeve). Customer Service says they don’t consider it as faulty, but I didn’t expect this bad quality for this price."

"Le manteau est incroyable ! Très doux, il tient bien chaud et il est très stylé ! En revanche je mets 0 pour la phase de retour. Aucune communication, les frais de retour à notre charge (en plus à renvoyer dans un autre pays donc ça coûte cher). La note est remontée par le délai court et bien suivi des expéditions"

"Love this coat! The coat is very warm and the material is soft. I also like that you can take off the fur. You should be aware that there is a small metal chain at the back of your neck that can be super cold if you're not wearing a scarf. But otherwise this is a nice look."
