EXTENDED RETURNS Any order placed from 20 November 2023 to 19 December 2023 will be eligible for our Extended Returns policy: items can be returned for exchange or store credit up to 31 January 2024.

STANDARD RETURNS You have 14 days* from the date you received it to pop it in the post and send it back to us for a refund, store credit or exchange.
When we receive it back to our warehouse we aim to process within 5-10 days from date of receipt.
