In this role, you will be working independently, but as part of a wider product team based in our Brighton Studio. You will work together with Designers, Product Developers, Production & Compliance experts to smoothly guide the running of new products and their packaging from conception to production. What You’ll Do:

  • Take 2D designs from ideas into real, usable products our customers will love.
  • Create specs, advising techniques and finishes, research solutions and market trends, and testing samples for usability, with your focus being on homeware and hard goods.
  • Partnering with our Compliance Team to understand legal requirements, ensuring the critical path is updated accordingly, and communicating the changes directly to stakeholders.
  • Be responsible for what the customer receives regarding packaging and presentation, always aiming to find creative solutions to suit practical and aesthetic needs.
  • Working across all products, you will maintain our brand identity through owning the approvals of polybags, swing tags, box packaging, and woven labels in partnership with the Product Development team; ensuring that this is precise, elevated, and demonstrates the brand's aesthetic across all lifestyle products and categories. 
  • Work closely with our Production and Compliance Teams to ensure our packaging is up to date with all required labels and is understanding and improving on issues as they arise.
  • Create processes and best practices for in-house testing to ensure products are suitable for final use.
  • Assess and partner with suppliers to identify their strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and risks, making recommendations and evaluations to build our supply chain.
  • Attend relevant meetings regarding seasonal development, trade, and sourcing.
  • Conduct research new product categories as they arise in development.

Your Experience Includes:

  • Are proficient in Adobe Suite including but not limited to Illustrator, In-Design, and Photoshop.
  • Are proficient at developing detailed, multi-sided CADs and technical drawings.
  • Have proficient experience in using Microsoft Office including Excel.
  • Have experience within the fashion/homeware/lifestyle industry or creative environment.

Bonus If You:

  • Have experience developing 3D CADs.
  • Have experience with compliance legislation around toys, homeware and packaging.
  • Have an affinity for alternative lifestyles.
  • Have an understanding of our current aesthetic and designs.


Working Hours and Location:

This role will be based on a hybrid working arrangement at our Brighton Studio.


This role is a full-time position of 37.5 hours, with hours being worked anytime between 08:00am – 06:00pm, Monday through to Friday.
