Shadow Dance Dress

A really great dress for summer 🌞

"That dress is incredible ! I'm so in love : worn it at the beach a few day ago and it's very convenient. The cotton fabric is great quality but light enough to be bearable under 35 degrees. Pockets !!!! The only negative points are the chest is really big (I'm a 110C and bought a size XXL) I had to fix that, the straps are not really convenient (I tried to tied it around my neck as shown, I did it but it was not comfortable). The length is perfect for me, I'm 1. 60m and it just sweeps the floor when wearing flats."

"Floaty and ethereal, this is a gorgeous summer dress. The fit is comfortable, the fabric breathable, and the unusual straps make it a real statement piece. The cups are a little ungenerous, so curvier wearers may need to size up. Accessorises wonderfully with Killstar's various belts, harnesses, and collars, should you desire a tougher look, or a more sinched waist."

"Nice quality light material, the length is amazing. Straps were confusing but I just had to look at the pictures to get it right. I don’t get to wear this dress because they sent me the wrong size on accident but they fixed the situation quickly and kindly. I’m very satisfied with shopping here and my purchases besides."

Too large in the bust!

"This dress looked pretty odd on my body. I have a small bust. The dress looks really nice on the model and she seems to have a small bust too, but it gapes out on the sides for me. It's not flattering at all. Even the high waist made me look larger than I am. I was looking forward to a flowy Grecian goddesss type summer dress, but this wasn't it. The material feels nice and breathable, but that seems to be the only positive. I purchased size xs and I have a 25 1/2" waist and 32" bust. I'm about 5' 3" and the length was fine on me because I was going to wear this with platforms anyway."

Nice Dress with Minus Points

"Sadly it didn‘t fit on the bust Area, but otherwise the dress is really beautiful. The Shape is a classic A-Line and the Fabric is light, so Perfect for warm Summer Days. If you don‘t have a big bust it should fit Perfect, for me it was weirdly shaped."

Almost perfect

"Dress is beautiful and comfortable to wear, frabric is soft and airy and cut is flattering. Pockets and adjustable straps are a plus. I had to make some small modifications on the top to keep my girls in place. Other than that I'm pleased"

"Fits fine, on the bigger side for sure, i have no idea why it gapes so badly on the side of the cups, i have to tuck the extra fabric into my bra. But the skirt flows lovely, and the bonus pockets are perf!"

A significant bummer

"The concept of this dress is SO much better than the execution. The pockets, the flowy fabric, the neckline, even the straps, but it came up short and so disappointing. I purchased my regular size and (wrongly) assumed that with two adjustable straps on each side I could get the fit I wanted without the infamous gaps on the sides of the cups, but no amount of adjusting closed those gaps. Technically, I think it runs true to size, but apparently sizing down might be the answer. Unfortunately clearance sales are final, so now it's a beautiful craft project to fix the cups."

"J'adore la matière mais je n'ai pas encore pu la porter car j'ai un peu de couture a faire pour qu'elle tombe parfaitement au niveau de la poitrine. Cest soit mal ajusté soit prévu pour les fortes poitrines. ."
