Orders are processed and shipped from our warehouse within 3-5 business days after the order date . Please allow some extra time for order processing during busier times of the year or during sale events.
Gift Cards are excluded from the Free Shipping offer.

We do not deliver to PO BOX addresses.
You are personally responsible for any import duty/tax that may be applied to an order outside of the UK. This isn't a shipping charge, but a legal requirement decided by the governing law where you live. Any orders abandoned/refused by customers due these charges will be liable for all costs shipping the order back - including the original cost of the shipping.

You have 14 days from the date you received it to pop it in the post and send it back to us for a refund, store credit or exchange.
When we receive it back to our warehouse we aim to process within 5-10 days from date of receipt.
