Performance Marketing Manager, Paid

You will work alongside our team to expand, analyse, and optimise our digital footprint.  Additionally, you will be responsible for managing and developing all digital marketing activities, working cross-functionally to deliver an extraordinary experience for our community of customers, and nurturing a culture of high performance and rapid growth. What You’ll Do:

  • Lead paid social marketing strategy for always-on customer acquisition campaigns; identify top channels, create goals/benchmarks, audience targeting, implementation automation, defining KPIs, and budgets
  • Own the Paid Social strategy, management, execution, optimization and reporting for larger integrated marketing campaigns.
  • Define experimental frameworks and optimize campaign set ups for driving meaningful insights.
  • Work directly with social networks to understand platform capabilities and explore new marketing campaigns.
  • Design and carry out well-structured experiments (including tracking, measuring, and reporting).
  • Communicate regularly with internal stakeholders and teams to iterate on objectives and opportunities.
  • Act as a leader and “catalyst” who inspires others to deliver bar-raising, best in class ideas and plans for paid social.
  • Monitor and analyze key paid social marketing metrics (CPV, VVR, CPM, etc.), quality and campaign performance.

  • Customer Focused: you’re constantly looking for ways to improve the experiences of internal and external customers, including supporting a team.
  • Process Oriented; you’re good at figuring out what it takes to get something done, knowing what to measure and how to measure it.
  • Analytical: you can look at numbers all day, and help them make sense to others; you take a data-driven approach to problem-solving and management.
  • Creative: you’re full of new and unique ideas, easily make connections among previously unrelated ideas, and others view you as original and highly valuable when brainstorming. 

Your Experience Includes:

  • 3+ years in a digital paid ads role.
  • Accountability for SMM, PPC, SEO, and SEM.
  • Reporting, Dashboard development and maintenance.
  • People Management capabilities and experience of leading a team. 
  • Working cross-functionally to achieve shared goals.

Bonus If You’ve:

  • Worked in a remote environment.
  • Managed digital marketing activities for a company with a multi-national customer base.
  • Experience with online fashion, specifically alt fashion and lifestyle.

Work Location and Hours:

This is a UK based remote role which requires overlapping working hours across US/Pacific and Europe/British time zones.
