All our prices are in GBP [£ Great British Pound Sterling] but you can pay in any currency. Your Bank/PayPal will deduct the amount equal to your order-total, all automatically. We have a built in currency converter on the site, but this is a guide only; you need to check with your preferred payment method for the exact rates, as these change.
DO YOU SHIP WORLDWIDE?
Yes, we ship to most countries worldwide. If you live in a rural area or remote island; contact us first to make sure we can get your order to you safely.
DO YOU SELL GIFT CARDS?

CAN I CHANGE MY ORDER BEFORE IT'S SHIPPED?
Unfortunately we cannot amend orders or shipping addresses after an order has been placed.
CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER?
Of course, simply let us know as soon as possible - via email or contact us form. We have fast shipping, so its always best if you send us any requests quick!
WHERE CAN I TRACK MY ORDER?
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number. You can track your item on ROYALMAIL.com / UPS.com as well as your local post-office website. Please note; you need to purchase a tracked service at the checkout to qualify, standard airmail does not come with a tracking option.
I HAVE NOT RECEIVED MY ORDER – WHERE IS IT?
Please allow 7 business days for UK orders and 20 business days for international delivery. Please allow these timeframes before contacting us about a missing order.
WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY PRE-ORDER ITEMS?
Any order which includes pre-order items will ship once all items are available. The estimated ship date for each pre-order item is detailed within the item description on the product page. Orders are shipped by the chosen shipping method selected at checkout.

HOW DO I MAKE AN EXCHANGE?
Please state clearly what you are returning and what size/etc you require. You are liable for the return P&P. We exchange UK orders free of charge, International orders will be due P&P for the re-shipping of the new item/s. We have a full policy you can read HERE!
DO YOU DO CASH REFUNDS?
You will qualify for a cash refund if you return your unwanted items within 14 days of receiving your order. You will be credited to your original payment method. Items returned after 14 days but before 28 days will be eligible for a store credit. We do not refund gift cards.
MY ITEM/SIZE IS OUT OF STOCK - WHEN DO YOU GET IT BACK?
If the garment/item is in our current collections - simply select the size that is sold out and check the message - if the item is due to come back in, you can simply enter your email and we will email you once it's restocked. We do not restock any clearance items - these are reduced to clear.
