After successfully placing an order you will receive a confirmation of the order by email. When we have processed the order, you will receive a second email with your dispatch confirmation and tracking number**. Any changes to your order can only be done prior to dispatch - once you received your dispatch email we cannot change the order, ie garment sizes, quantities or delivery addresses.
**Unless you purchase TRACKING for your order, you will not receive a tracking number. We are unable to add tracking once the order has been paid for.
Orders will be processed and shipped out 1-3 working days after placing your order. Please keep in mind that working days do not include Weekends or Bank Holidays.
For UK orders; Please allow up to 7 business days for delivery.
For International orders; Please allow 10-20 business days for delivery - depending on the destination and custom clearance. In some rare cases weather and postal problems may cause delays.
All international orders may be subject to a custom charge [import tax]. We do not set these rules and regulations, and it's the customers responsibility to pay for these. We cannot accept responsibility for orders which get held up by customs offices. If you have questions regarding custom charges you must contact your local tax/imports office - we are unable to advice about your tax duties.
If you have not received your order/s after 45 days after your order date, please contact us - any order/s that are reported missing to us beyond 60 days can't be replaced nor compensated.
There are some circumstance when neither KILLSTAR or the couriers acting on their behalf are at fault, for example, if you have selected an incorrect postage option, or you were absent during delivery. In such a case the cost of returning to sender will be charged at the cost of postage paid. Orders that are aborted and/or refused by customers once order has been processed & shipped will also be liable for any additional charges involved, including custom charges, foreign handling etc. This amount will be deducted from any refunds.
*Unfortunately we don't ship orders to the following countries: Belarus, Congo, Cote D'Ivoire, Cuba, Egypt, Eritrea, Guinea, Iran, Iraq, Liberia, Libya, Myanmar, Somalia, Sudan, Syrian Arab Republic, Tunisia and Zimbabwe.

If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase/s, we will offer you a full refund* providing that you will return the item/s to us within 14 days** of receipt of the goods. The goods must be returned in their original condition, i.e. in their original packaging, unworn, unwashed and complete with their original labels and tags.
We aim to to have your refund processed within 5 working days of receiving the returned goods.
Due to hygine restrictions, EARRINGS can't be exchanged nor refunded.
*SALE ITEMS are not qualified for a cash refund, as they are reduced to clear and are of limited numbers and end of line. An exchange or credit within the online store will be offered.
**14 DAYS are calculated from the day of arrival.
To return the item/s, please use the returns form included with your order.
Make sure to include your reference number, as we need this to process your refund. Please post your item/s back to us with a secure delivery service, as KILLSTAR cannot accept responsibility for any items not received. We recommend you always obtain proof of posting, this is free at your local post counter.
Refunds will exclude any P&P, and the buyer is liable for the return postage cost incurred. Items returned by international post may be subject to custom charges - you are responsible for this cost. We will only refund the price of the item to the buyer once it's received by us.
If you are returning an item from abroad, make sure to mark the parcel clearly on the outside with 'BRITISH RETURNED GOODS'.
We reserve the right to refuse a refund for items that are not in a re-saleable condition.
EXCHANGES have the same terms, and all shipping charges involved are lieable to the customer. Easiest way to exchange an intem is returning the unwanted item to us for a refund, and re-purchasing the correct item for the site in a new sale.
We do not accept any returns on custom made, altered, made to measure or any other item/s that are not available on our website.
